Sara established her love for Yoga and fitness at age 13. In her early 20′s she went on an esoteric journey, on which she became a Certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Pranic healer. This journey landed her in Hawaii, were she felt a deep earth energy connection. Sara left the island to continue her studies in Venice, CA; training with some of the top teachers in the yoga community such as Shiva Rea, Annie Carpenter, and Saul David Rea.
Sara has taught Yoga around the world including: India, Germany, California, New York, Florida, and Hawaii. With an energetic, positive, and motivational personality she creates an uplifting atmosphere in all of her classes. Her unique approach to Yoga and Fitness leaves students with practical knowledge, a Mind-Body connection , and an inner peace to carry into their daily lives.

Kova Yoga School of Yoga is a teacher training program for the modern yogi in a busy world. We give you the knowledge you need to become a skilled teacher and show you how to cultivate your own style of teaching.

After completing our teacher training program, you will feel confident leading your own class with your own style.
If you choose not to teach, our program will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to develop a meaningful, personal practice.
We offer two flexible training options that incorporate modern day technology to better suit your schedule.
The 4×4 (good for locals):
- 4 intensive training weekends and 4 in-depth discussion sessions spread over 4 months
- Additional Kova Yoga classes are required for completion and can be taken at your own pace.
The 10×10 (good for locals and visitors):
- 10-day intensive training (in-person) plus 10 video conferences (online)
- Additional class requirements can be spread throughout the year to fit your needs and schedule.
